THE HISTORY OF APEGO
an all you can eat healthy brunch in Paris

A family passionate about good farm products, sharing, and sensitive to the notions of sustainable food and eco-responsibility to pass on to our four children!

 

Eric was originally an insurance freelancer. Nathalie, formerly wealth manager in an international bank. One day, we gave up everything to take over in 2006 a franchise restaurant, Lina’s Sandwiches, one of the very first qualitative fast food restaurants, highlighting fresh products as well as on-site manufacturing for more freshness!

We have retaliated against our independence and the key to the fields for 5 years, in Apégo. We respond as best as possible to the needs of Parisians, namely that of eating tasty, healthily at a measured price.

The Success Story of a Brunch in Paris

In June 2019, we launched on Sunday, the all-you-can-eat Apégo Brunch, predominantly vegetarian with a meat or fish option, which is very successful, and we are delighted. a real pleasure to share with our Brunchers.

 

We prefer organic seasonal fruits and vegetables from local agriculture as a priority, small producers in short circuits, to vary our recipes throughout the year.

 

We are now extending the Apégo brunch to every day of the week to meet the demand of our customers.

We develop our recipes with a maximum of organic products, highlighting organic seasonal fruits and vegetables.

All of our products are traceable, including some such as 100% organic fruit and vegetables.

We encourage a diversified organic farming which gives pride of place to fruits and vegetables and legumes.

 

Eco-responsibility

Logistics of our seasonal fruits and vegetables: No transport by plane, the local is favored.

Our takeout packaging is biodegradable in cane pulp and we use dishes for consumption on the spot.
